The current DreamSail website provides sailing-region research, DreamSail Compass recommendations and yacht-charter enquiry facilities. It does not currently take card payment or conclude a charter booking merely because a visitor submits a website form.
DreamSail intends to arrange or facilitate yacht charters with third-party yacht owners, fleet operators and charter companies. The supplier and DreamSail's legal capacity for a booking should be stated in the quotation/booking documentation before the customer commits.
Do not assume a DreamSail booking is ATOL-protected, ABTA-protected, bonded or covered by any particular insolvency scheme unless the booking documents expressly identify that protection and explain what it covers. DreamSail does not make a membership or financial-protection claim on this page that has not been verified.
